2. Colouring books and bundles
The products are digital PDF files to print yourself. Each book contains 40 colouring pages. Choose any 3 or 4 available books for a bundle: 120 or 160 pages in 3 or 4 separate PDF files. Check the selected titles and file count before ordering.
Choose one of the PDF languages available for the selected book. The drawings are the same, with text in your selected language. All files in a bundle are supplied in one selected language.
No paper book or colouring materials are included. Previews are reduced and labelled. Free pages, clearly identified on their page, can be downloaded without a purchase.
3. Requirements and printing
You need an up-to-date browser and internet access to use the shop, and a PDF reader to open a file. Printing requires your own printer or chosen printing service and suitable paper. Printing costs are not included in the PDF price.
Keep the file on your device and print the pages you choose. Check the settings on one page first. Features that remember your selection or order access use browser storage as explained in the privacy policy.
4. Ordering and payment
Before ordering, choose a book or bundle, PDF language, currency and country, and provide an order email address. You can correct your selection before confirming. For a bundle, select exactly the required number of different books.
The PLN, EUR or USD price shown in the summary is the full amount payable, including applicable taxes. There is no physical-delivery charge. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or currency-conversion fees.
When ordering is available, “Order and pay” creates an obligation to pay the amount shown. You make the required declarations yourself. The contract is concluded after you place the order and the seller confirms acceptance by email.
When payments are enabled, card payments are handled on the Stripe Checkout page. You can see the available methods before paying. Enter your card details on the payment provider’s page.
5. Confirmation and file downloads
After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the order, its terms and your declarations in a form you can keep. Paid files will be available on the order page without undue delay after we send your confirmation. Download each book in a bundle separately.
Returning from the payment page does not replace confirmation of the result. If verification is pending, check the previous attempt before paying again. Contact us with your order reference if you need help.
Browser access to an order uses a protected 30-day session. Download the files and keep your own copy. If the session is lost, use email access recovery or contact us. Session length and individual link expiry do not limit your purchase rights.
If files are not supplied, you may ask us to supply them and, where provided by law, withdraw from the contract. Send PDF-access questions or complaints to destinat.biuro@gmail.com.
6. Withdrawal
A consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous email or postal notice before the period ends. The example below is optional.
For a paid PDF supplied without a physical medium, loss of withdrawal rights after supply begins requires all of the following: your prior express consent to early supply; information about the loss of the right and your acknowledgement of it; and a durable-medium confirmation of the contract and consent. Checking a box alone does not remove the right.
If those conditions are not met, your statutory withdrawal right remains. Early-delivery consent never removes rights concerning a non-conforming PDF.
Following valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice, using the same payment method unless another cost-free method is expressly agreed. After withdrawal, stop using and sharing the content.
7. Example withdrawal notice
To: FAMILY-TECH sp. z o.o., ul. Krzywa 32, 16-010 Wasilków, Poland; destinat.biuro@gmail.com.
I give notice of withdrawal from the contract for: [PDF or bundle title, order reference].
Contract date: [date].
Consumer’s name: [name].
Consumer’s address: [address].
Notice date: [date].
Signature: [paper notices only].
8. Complaints
We are responsible for the PDF conforming to the contract. Problems may include a damaged file, missing pages, the wrong language or agreed access. For content supplied once, we are responsible for non-conformity existing on delivery and becoming apparent within two years.
Write to destinat.biuro@gmail.com or the seller’s postal address. Describe the problem and, if available, include the order reference and requested remedy. No particular form is required. We respond to a consumer complaint on a durable medium within 14 days of receipt; failure to respond within that period means it is accepted.
You may request that the content be brought into conformity free of charge. Where the law provides, you may seek a price reduction or withdraw, including where correction is impossible, is not made within a reasonable time, is unsuccessful or the non-conformity is serious. Downloading the PDF and consenting to early delivery do not remove these rights.
9. Using the materials
You may download, keep and print the materials for personal, private use. A purchase does not include rights to resell files, publicly share PDFs or scans, or distribute access links. Statutory copyright exceptions remain unaffected.
Contact us to agree any other use, such as commercial use or use in a publication.
10. Customer rights and terms version
These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or protection given to other individuals by law. Application of Polish law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection under the applicable law of their habitual residence.
The version accepted when you place an order applies to that order. Later changes do not alter an earlier contract.
